Accidental contact of various chemicals in dentistry may cause damage to the gingiva. A male patient presented for a full mouth rehabilitation with ceramic crowns. The underwent steps crown preparation uneventfully. At time delivery, cotton rolls were placed several vestibular areas isolation. They regularly changed during different etching and cementation process, which included use Multilink Primer B (Ivoclar Vivadent™). On removal roll area upper right canine, gingival tissues appeared blanched grayish white. was found have absorbed some material it. As asymptomatic, he dismissed. Two weeks later, inflammation recession same area. Initially, treated palliatively, subsequently, received connective tissue graft on canine. This case report showed that acid used prosthodontic caused recession, successfully tunnel flap graft. Optimal isolation operative field should be performed avoid this problem.
